    02 Experience Technology experience

    Before we start a dialogue, experience and learn about our products and activities for finding “Fulfilment Through Work”.

    • PRISM PRISM proposes a new meeting format. The office goes from “a space for pursuing productivity” to “a space for showing creativity”.
    • DEMO Based on your area of interest, we will show you the cutting-edge products and digital services we are developing.
    • Art An interactive art piece created in collaboration with Shibuya-based SHIBUYA FONT, a social action team involving designers, social welfare organizations and businesses.
    • RICOH WAY Lastly, you can view a unique summary of the day.

      03 Conversation Casual Conversation

      A casual atmosphere with drinks sets the stage for our well-prepared presentation and dialogue.

      • Base Camp A relaxing space for you to reflect on the demo. A witty conversation will start the search for answers.
      • 4 SEASONS BAR After much input and discussion, let us have a drink. You might discover something new.
      • Executive Room Come to the private room for highly confidential talks.

        04 Creation Co-creation

        Team members from different companies collaborate to explore new business possibilities and expedite co-creation.

        • Summit / Workshop Room The design thinker acts as the facilitator. At the workshop, ideas are generated, biases are removed for new perspectives, and the scope of the challenge is determined.
        • Cairn / Project Room When the team starts testing their hypothesis, they will occupy this room for a certain period to focus on clarifying and solving the issues.
        • Lab An idea is immediately put into shape, and this trial-and-error is repeated over and over again.
