The Nikkei reported today on Oki Electric Industry joining ETRIA CO., LTD., a joint venture formed on 1 July 2024 by Ricoh Company, Ltd. and Toshiba Tec Corporation to develop and manufacture multifunction printers and other products. However, this has not been announced by Ricoh.
Ricoh and Toshiba Tec are considering OKI to join ETRIA as a new partner.
If there are any decisions related to such matters, Ricoh will disclose them in a timely manner.
