FAQs - By Product

[Question] After I copy pictures from a camera to a Macintosh computer, I always find "Unmatched file" in playback mode in the camera.

[Phenomenon]
This will appear in the following case.
- Connect a camera to a Macintosh computer in the USB mass storage mode. And drag-and-drop pictures from an SD card in the mounted camera to a folder in a Macintosh computer.

[Response]
There is no problem in a camera. You can remove the unmatched file in a camera.

[Cause]
This is the specification of the Macintosh operating system. The Macintosh system will automatically record some certain system files into a mounted rewritable volume and they are invisible in a Macintosh operating system. Since these files are not pictures, a camera will show them as an unmatched file.
