[Question] Is there Macintosh software for my camera?

In order to transfer pictures in a camera to a computer, the following model and Mac OS versions do not require any specific software/driver from RICOH.
The following model supports the USB mass storage connection, which works with the standard USB driver including respective operating systems.

Connecting a camera is too simple, with the following method.
- Only for the Caplio GX100/R6: Check your camera setting if the USB connection is set to the [Mass storage] (default.)
- Connect the camera using a USB cable provided to a USB port of a Macintosh computer.
- The camera will automatically appear as a volume in the desktop.
- Open the volume, the images will be located in the [100 RICOH] folder.
- You can copy the images by drag-and-drop to a folder you like.
* There is no picture download software for the models above available in the ricoh.com website.
