Fifth Story of Special Website Project
"Imagine the Year 2036: FORWARD THINKING IGNITE IMAGINATION" Launched
How Author Mitsuo Iso imagines the future

Tokyo, January 21, 2015—Ricoh today released the fifth story on its serial website project "Imagine the Year 2036: FORWARD THINKING IGNITE IMAGINATION," in which Author Mitsuo Iso, known as the creator and director of the anime Dennō Coil, talks about the future he imagines. Following the previous series, the illustrations for the essay were created by up-and-coming visual artist YKBX, who provided videographs for the vocaloid opera THE END.

This project seeks to imagine the year 2036 through free thinking in collaboration with frontline creators who depict the near future in fiction, manga/animations, and video games. Imagining from the perspective of animation, how offices in 2036 will be changed? Please be sure to focus on Iso' s perspective.
