Ricoh is Recognized as a Constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series

Tokyo, December 5, 2014—Ricoh has been independently assessed according to the FTSE4Good criteria, and has satisfied the requirements to become a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series. This is the eleventh consecutive year that Ricoh is included in the index.

Created by the global index company FTSE Group, FTSE4Good is an equity index series that is designed to facilitate investment in companies that meet globally recognised corporate responsibility standards. Companies in the FTSE4Good Index Series have met stringent environmental, social and governance criteria, and are positioned to capitalise on the benefits of responsible business practice.

In the FTSE ESG Ratings, Ricoh was highly evaluated in “Environmental” area. Ricoh was also rated highly in the following themes; “Climate Change”, “Pollution & Resources”, “Water Use”, and “Supply Chain Social”.
