ISMS Certification
Group Companies with ISMS Certification
The Ricoh Group obtained unified ISMS certification in December 2004 and has since been successfully updating its certification by passing annual audits and triennial renewal audits performed by external auditors.
A total of 66 Ricoh Group companies–21 in Japan and 45 overseas–currently hold certification.

These include marketing companies, including service support, logistics and financial service companies, as well as manufacturing companies. Audits were conducted in each company.
Unified ISMS certificate
Regarding overseas companies, Ricoh Denmark A/S, Ricoh Ireland Ltd., Ricoh Rus, Ltd. and Ricoh Logistics Corp. [USA] passed their first audits in fiscal 2011 and were included in the scope of the unified certification.
