Recognizing
its own role in these three key factors, the Ricoh Group has moved
toward adoption of a policy which it has tabbed the “Three P’s
BalanceTM.” The three P’s stand for “Planet,” “People,” and “Profit.” Planet
means our sustainable environmental management. People means our activities
that involve social activities. Profit means generation of continuous
business earnings. These three factors should achieve a sensitive balance
in order to realize a sustainable society.
