Members from the "Community Service
Club," of Ricoh Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. and
Ricoh Singapore Pte Ltd., collaborated to
promote social contribution activities by
collecting donations from their colleagues
in aid of children from abusive or
dysfunctional families that had to be placed
in protective care.
To mark both Children's Day and a
Muslim cerebration, Hari Raya, RA&RSP donated "goodie bags", containing basic
necessities that were purchased using
the donation proceeds. The goodie bags,
containing a bag, umbrella, water bottles,
towels, soap, toothbrush sets, stationary
sets and other basic necessities, were
donated to 222 children in three facilities. |
