3A Load Switch IC

The R5527K Series are small, ultra-low RON load switches with a soft-start. The devices contain N-channel MOSFETs that can operate over an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. An integrated charge pump biases the NMOS switch to achieve a minimum switch ON resistance. The switch is controlled by an on/off input (ON), which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals.
All these features make the R5527K ideal load switch for portable, battery powered equipment applications which supply power from the battery to the load circuit.
The R5527K is available in an ultra-small space-saving DFN(PLP)1612-4D package.
