R5434D Series
The R5434D Series are high voltage CMOS-based protection ICs for over-charge of rechargeable three-cell / four-cell / five-cell Lithium-ion / Lithium-polymer battery.
Each of these ICs is composed of five voltage detectors, a reference circuit, a delay circuit, a short circuit, an oscillator, a counter and a logic circuit.
When detecting over-charge, COUT outputs "H" after delay time, makes Nch MOS FET turn on and cut down the fuse.
Package is SON-8.
