Microcontroller Supervisory IC Application Note
36V Input / 12V / 10V Detectable
- Voltage Detector
Because the existing voltage detectors cannot detect high voltage directly, we drop the voltage using divider resistors and detect the voltage. So we have the problem that the energy loss of leakage current through divider resistors. In addition, the accuracy of the detector threshold is getting worse because of the variation of impedance in the voltage detector.
The R3119N can detect up to 12V. The supply current is small as Typ. 3.3µA. The accuracy of detector threshold is high as ±1.5%.
The R3150NxxA/B can detect up to 10V. The supply current is small as Typ. 3.8µA. The accuracy of detector threshold is high as ±1.5%.
