We have attained compliance to RoHS directive by introducing lead-free*.
After Apr. 1, 2006, we will ship out the lead free products only. Thus, all products that will be shipped from now on comply with RoHS Directive.

Reflow profile for Lead (Pb) Free products
We have already qualified to mount Power Management IC and Real Time Clock under same suggested reflow profile as for Lead (Pb) products, except CSP products.

- - Cl (chlorine) ≤ 900ppm
- - Br (bromine) ≤ 900ppm
- - Cl ＋Br ≤ 1,500ppm
- - Sb2O3 (Antimony trioxide) ≤ 1,000ppm
